Private Courtyard

An urban oasis awaits to welcome you home. Leave the hustle and bustle of 6th Avenue behind as you step through the front gate, check your mailbox, and enter into the private Nocturne courtyard. Treat your senses to the colors, textures and fragrances of our pollinator-friendly garden. Find ample seating of various configurations positioned to soak up the sunshine or find relief in the shade. Enjoy a moment to yourself in a secluded nook or gather with friends or neighbors in the communal seating areas.

Bike Room

Have peace of mind when you park. An access controlled entry to our secure bike room ensures safe storage of your trusty steed. The facility is outfitted with both wall and floor-mounted bike racks designed to accommodate bike locks and bicycles of all shapes and sizes. E-bike charging and use of lockers for helmets and gear are provided as a complimentary perk to cyclists.

Coworking Space

The right environment helps you do your best work and crush your goals. If you would like to work from home without working in your home, Nocturne residents will have priority access to the ground floor co-working space. Flexible membership options and a variety of spaces for concentration, collaboration, and community-building are available to suit your needs and schedule.

  • Full-time and drop-in membership options available at a reduced rate for residents of the building.

  • The secure Nocturne bike room is equipped with nine wall- and six floor-mounted bike racks. Cubbies for helmets and shoes coming soon.

  • Nocturne residents can lease a convenient and secure vehicle parking space in one of the semi-conditioned garages.

  • Nocturne has four Level 2 EV charging stations capable of serving up to eight fully electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles.

  • Locking mail and parcel boxes are located inside the Nocturne front gate for secure USPS deliveries.

  • Nocturne has a Doorbird video intercom system that notifies residents via smartphone when visitors and delivery people request access at the gated entrance.

  • All common and private entrances are equipped with keypad access in addition to standard or electronic keys.

  • Power up your e-assist or electric bike at no cost to you at the e-bike charging stations in the secure bicycle room.

  • Fresh air is kind of a big deal here. Smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited at Nocturne.
