Terms + Deposit

  • Minimum Lease Term: 12 months

  • Security Deposit: $1200 may be paid in up to 6 installments of $200 upon request

  • Renters insurance is required

Utilities

  • Water, Sewer, Trash, Recycling + Internet: $120/month

  • Internet: 1-Gb high-speed internet service provided by Lightcurve is included in monthly utility fee

  • Electricity: Resident account directly with Tacoma Power

Parking + EV Charging

  • Dedicated parking space in secured garage available for $90/month

  • Level 2 EV charging available with convenient Wallbox App payment system

Pet Policy

  • House-trained dogs and indoor cats are welcome (sorry, no free-ranging cats)

  • No breed or size restrictions apply, but dogs displaying dangerous or excessive nuisance behavior will not be approved

  • Approval of birds, fish, reptiles or other species will be contingent on individual circumstances

  • Multi-pet households approved on a case by case basis

  • Maximum of 2 pets, $30/month additional pet fee applies after first pet

  • All pets must be accompanied by their guardian and on a maximum 6-foot lead in all common spaces (stairways, circulation balconies, courtyard, etc.)

  • All pet waste must be immediately picked up, bagged, and disposed of in waste containers

Smoke-free Building

  • Smoking, vaping, and burning candles anywhere indoors, in the courtyard, or within 25 feet of openable windows and doors is strictly prohibited
